About us
What you will do
- As part of our Research Team, you will analyse market developments and political initiatives affecting the Swiss real estate and mortgage markets.
- You will develop company position statements in close collaboration with representatives from our specialist departments and business units.
- You will design, produce and publish well-founded market analyses based on proprietary data and representative surveys.
- You will confidently handle media enquiries and act as a subject matter expert.
- You will continuously develop and expand our company's expertise in real estate and mortgages.
- You will regularly monitor, measure and optimise the key performance indicators (KPIs) of your activities.
What we expect from you
- A completed degree from a university or university of applied sciences, or an equivalent advanced qualification in economics, real estate management, communications or marketing.
- Several years of professional experience as an analyst, journalist or consultant, with a focus on the Swiss real estate market.
- Strong methodological expertise in market research, including survey design, data collection and quantitative analysis.
- Excellent ability to see the bigger picture, strong analytical skills and creativity, combined with a reliable can-do attitude.
- High quality standards, excellent organisational skills and a strong service- and team-oriented mindset.
- An established network of relevant media representatives, real estate experts, mortgage lenders and industry stakeholders.
- Full professional proficiency in German and French, both written and spoken. English or additional Swiss national languages are an advantage.
