  • Independently resolve configuration issues and minor technical problems.
  • Conduct technical triage and create detailed, actionable tickets for the Engineering team when dealing with more complex issues.
  • Support the technical onboarding of new CRM, portal, and agency partners, including configuring and launching new integrations.
  • Validate data quality, field and category mappings, and support test data deliveries through to successful go-live.
  • Monitor and analyze logs, technical services, and data quality to proactively identify issues and anomalies.
  • Assist partners with technical questions related to APIs and system integrations.
  • Document solutions, maintain runbooks, and continuously improve support and operational processes.
  • Work closely with Operations, Account Management, Product Management, and Engineering.

  • Initial professional experience in technical 1st or 2nd level support, Technical Operations, System Integration, or a comparable role.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a passion for systematically investigating technical issues and developing sustainable solutions.
  • A solid understanding of data flows, APIs, web applications, and system integrations.
  • Initial experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and a willingness to deepen your knowledge of databases and technical systems.
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, along with good judgment on when to resolve issues independently and when to escalate them.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
  • Fluent German and good English language skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools such as Kibana or Datadog.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, Auth0, Azure Blob Storage, SFTP, or CDN solutions.
