What you will do

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain a high level of data and process quality across our marketplace products.
  • Analyze and resolve operational issues raised by partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Document, analyze, and optimize business and operational processes, including identifying and driving automation opportunities.
  • Gather, structure, and prioritize business and technical requirements, and translate them into user stories for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to successfully deliver new solutions.
  • Support the testing, release, and rollout of new features and processes.
  • Investigate process and system issues, contribute to root cause analysis, and help develop effective solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Actively contribute to designing efficient, scalable, and future-ready processes that support the continued growth of our marketplace products.

What we expect from you

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, or a similar role.
  • Strong process and analytical skills, with a passion for structuring and improving complex workflows.
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Interest in technology and digital products, and enthusiasm for collaborating with technical teams.
  • Experience working with digital business tools (e.g., ticketing systems or automation platforms).
  • Fluent German and good English communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a SaaS, platform, or marketplace environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho.
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, and/or system integrations.
