What you will do
In this role, you will work on key growth levers of our Marketplaces business and directly contribute to important business decisions through your analyses.
You identify opportunities, detect risks early and create transparency where it truly adds value. This role is not about reporting for the sake of reporting – it is about understanding the business, setting priorities and driving impact.
Together with Product, Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders, you will actively drive growth, monetization and performance across our platforms.

Your responsibilities
- You analyze business, user and performance data across different marketplaces and derive clear recommendations for action.
- You investigate funnels, conversion journeys and monetization levers, identifying optimization potential.
- You build dashboards, reports and decision-making tools with a strong focus on actionability and business impact.
- You identify growth opportunities and performance gaps across products, channels and processes.
- You work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams to prioritize and execute initiatives.
- You translate complex topics into clear insights and present findings effectively – including to senior stakeholders.
- You help further develop data-driven decision-making processes across the company.
What we expect from you
- Several years of experience in an analytical business, strategy or data-related role, ideally in a digital environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with structured and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Hands-on experience working with data and tools such as SQL, Google Analytics or BI solutions.
- Ability to turn numbers into relevant insights and concrete recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders.
- Confident presence with clear and structured presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven and hands-on working style with a strong sense of ownership.
- Very good German or English skills; good knowledge of the other language is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital platforms, marketplaces or growth-oriented business models.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, funnel optimization or performance marketing.
- Understanding of commercial KPIs such as revenue, leads, conversion or CAC.
- Experience collaborating with Product or Commercial teams.
