Du denkst Social Media nicht nur als Kanal, sondern als Experimentierfeld: Du entwickelst kreative Formate, testest neue Ideen und baust Communities rund um unsere Themen auf. Dabei erkennst du früh Trends, arbeitest mit Micro-Influencern zusammen und entwickelst Inhalte, die Reichweite, Engagement und Diskussionen auslösen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du trägst die Hauptverantwortung für das organische Wachstum von Comparis im Bereich Social Media sowie alle Social-Media-Kanäle von Comparis, inkl. Planung und Veröffentlichung von Content
  • Du entwickelst eigenständig Formate und Content, die organisch performen und Reichweite sowie Traffic für unsere Plattform generieren
  • Du entwickelst und setzt kreative und virale Social-Media-Formate und Kampagnen um
  • Du produzierst Social Content, insbesondere Video- und Kurzformate für verschiedene Plattformen
  • Du identifizierst relevante Micro-Influencer und Communities und interagierst aktiv mit diesen
  • Du monitorst Social-Media-Diskussionen und relevante Themen rund um Comparis und unsere Märkte 
Was wir dafür von dir erwarten
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aufbau und im organischen Wachstum von Social Media Kanälen, idealerweise im digitalen Umfeld, mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen bei Reichweite und Engagement

  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Plattformmechaniken, Community-Dynamiken und viralen Formaten

  • Affinität zu den Themen Finanzen, Versicherungen und Wohnen sowie die Fähigkeit, diese zielgruppengerecht für Social Media aufzubereiten

  • Erfahrung in der Produktion von Social Content, inkl. Video- und statischen Formaten

  • Gespür für Tonalität, Trends, Humor und relevante Diskussionen im Netz

  • Kreative, experimentierfreudige und hands-on-orientierte Arbeitsweise mit Freude daran, Dinge selbst umzusetzen und neue Ideen auszuprobieren

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

  • You take primary responsibility for the organic growth of Comparis on social media and manage all Comparis social media channels, including planning and publishing content

  • Independently develop formats and content that perform organically and generate reach and traffic for our platform

  • You design and execute creative and viral social media formats and campaigns

  • You produce social content, especially video and short-form formats for various platforms

  • You identify relevant micro-influencers and communities and actively engage with them

  • You monitor social media discussions and relevant topics around Comparis and our markets

What we expect from you
  • Several years of experience in building and organically growing social media channels, ideally in a digital environment, with proven success in reach and engagement

  • A strong understanding of platform mechanics, community dynamics and viral formats

  • An affinity for topics such as finance, insurance and housing, and the ability to translate them into engaging social media content for specific target audiences

  • Experience in producing social content, including video and static formats

  • A strong sense for tone of voice, trends, humor and relevant online discussions

  • A creative, experimental and hands-on mindset with the motivation to implement ideas yourself and try new approaches

  • Very good German and good English skills; French is a plus
