Was du bei uns bewegen wirst
Als Digital Product Manager Automotive gestaltest du eines der strategisch relevantesten Geschäftsfelder bei Comparis aktiv mit. Du entwickelst das Produktportfolio für Autokauf, -verkauf und ergänzende Services entlang der gesamten Customer Journey, von der Suche über die Bewertung bis zu Abschlussservices wie Leasing, Kredit oder Versicherung.

Du denkst in Plattform-Ökosystemen, verstehst Händler und Endnutzer und hast idealerweise ein Herz für Autos.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst die Produktvision und Roadmap für das Automotive-Ökosystem.
  • Du analysierst Nutzer-, Händler- und Marktbedürfnisse und übersetzt sie in Features, Optimierungen oder komplett neue Angebote.
  • Du baust Einstiegspunkte und Touchpoints (z. B. Such- & Listing-Feature, Tools, Partnerschaften, Kampagnen) für Reichweite & Conversion aus.
  • Du etablierst Cross-Sellings in Bereiche wie Leasing, Finanzierung, Versicherung.
  • Du priorisierst den Product Backlog und arbeitest eng mit deinem agilen Team zusammen. Du misst Erfolg mit KPIs entlang Acquisition → Engagement → Monetisation – und leitest datenbasierte Entscheidungen ab.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Sales, Tech, UX & Commercial Partners zusammen.
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, von Konzeption bis Markteinführung.
Was wir dafür von dir erwarten
  • Du bist unternehmerisch, hands-on und willst Dinge bauen, die echten Impact erzeugen.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Product Management in digitalen Umfeldern (idealerweise Marketplace, Mobility oder Financial Services).
  • Verständnis für Automotive Customer Journeys (Autokauf/-verkauf, Leasing, Loan, Insurance).
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im B2B Händlergeschäft (Leadflows, Inventory Management, Integrationen).
  • Erfahrung mit Webanalyse & Experimentation (z. B. GA, A/B Tests).
  • Sicher im Umgang mit agilen Methoden (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Bonus: Du liebst Autos und begeisterst dich für Mobilitätstrends, Antriebstechnologien & Marktentwicklungen.
  • SEO, SEA & GEO Verständnis ist ein Plus, da viele Journeys digital beginnen.

You think in platform ecosystems, understand both dealers and end users, and ideally have a passion for cars.

Your responsibilities

  • You develop the product vision and roadmap for the automotive ecosystem.
  • You analyze user, dealer, and market needs and translate them into features, optimizations, or entirely new offerings.
  • You expand entry points and touchpoints (e.g. search & listing features, tools, partnerships, campaigns) to drive reach and conversion.
  • You establish cross-selling into areas such as leasing, financing, and insurance.
  • You prioritize the product backlog and work closely with your agile team.
  • You measure success using KPIs across acquisition → engagement → monetization and derive data-driven decisions.
  • You collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Tech, UX, and commercial partners.
  • You contribute your own ideas, from concept to market launch.
What we expect from you
  • You are entrepreneurial, hands-on, and motivated to build things with real impact.
  • Several years of experience in product management in digital environments (ideally marketplace, mobility, or financial services).
  • Strong understanding of automotive customer journeys (car buying/selling, leasing, loans, insurance).

  • Experience with web analytics and experimentation (e.g. Google Analytics, A/B testing).
