Bist du bereit, das digitale Marketing unserer Marktplatz-Produkte auf das nächste Level zu heben? Als Digital Marketing Manager übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle für das Wachstum unserer Immobilien- und Automarktplätze und beeinflusst mit deinen Kampagnen direkt Nachfrage, Conversion und Umsatz. 

Deine Aufgaben im Überblick: 

  • Strategische Verantwortung für die Marktpositionierung und das Wertversprechen unserer Marktplatz-Produkte (z. B. Immobilien- und Automarktplatz)
  • Analyse und Definition relevanter Zielgruppen, Use Cases und Customer Journeys über alle wichtigen Touchpoints
  • Entwicklung von Go-to-Market-Strategien für neue und bestehende Produktangebote sowie Priorisierung von Botschaften, Zielgruppen und Kanälen
  • Erstellung klarer Kampagnen-Briefings für Performance-, Content- und CRM-Massnahmen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen Marketing-Team bei Planung und Umsetzung
  • Ableitung datenbasierter Empfehlungen zur Steigerung von Conversion, Lead-Qualität und Marketplace-Liquidität entlang des gesamten Funnels
  • Aufbau fundierter Markt- und Kunden-Insights durch tiefgehende Analysen, Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und Performance-Reviews

Was wir dafür von dir erwarten
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Online Marketing (Agentur- und/oder Unternehmensseite); B2B/B2C-Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Hands-on Mentalität: Du packst an, testest, iterierst und bringst Dinge selbstständig über die Ziellinie, mit Fokus auf Impact und Outcomes
  • Erfahrung im Marktplatz-, Plattform- oder Performance-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Tools zur Planung, Umsetzung und Analyse von Kampagnen (z. B. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management auf Senior-Level (z. B. Geschäftsleitung)
  • Teamplayer mit Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und hoher Eigeninitiative
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denkvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your responsibilities: 

  • Strategic ownership of the market positioning and value proposition of our marketplace products (e.g. real estate and automotive marketplaces)
  • Analysis and definition of relevant target groups, use cases, and customer journeys across all key touchpoints
  • Development of go-to-market strategies for new and existing product offerings, including prioritisation of messages, target groups, and channels
  • Creation of clear campaign briefings for performance, content, and CRM initiatives, and close collaboration with the central marketing team during planning and execution
  • Derivation of data-driven recommendations to increase conversion, lead quality, and marketplace liquidity across the entire funnel
  • Building robust market and customer insights through in-depth analyses, competitive monitoring, and performance review
