Was du bei uns bewegen wirst
Als User Acquisition & Retention Marketing Manager verantwortest du den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Cross-Selling-, Referral- und Retention-Mechaniken über alle Comparis-Produkte hinweg. Dabei sorgst du dafür, dass aus einmaligen Besuchern aktive Comparis-Nutzer werden – und dass sie langfristig mehrere unserer Angebote nutzen. 

Dabei wirst du dich insbesondere den folgenden Aufgaben annehmen: 
  • Konzeption,UmsetzungundOptimierungvon E-Mail- und CRM-Kampagnen entlang der gesamten User Journey (Onboarding,Aktivierung, Re-Engagement, Cross-Selling)
  • Aufbau und Betrieb von Referral- und Empfehlungsprogrammen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt-,Sales-, SEO- und Performance-Marketing-Teams
  • Planung und Durchführung von A/B-Tests und Funnel-Optimierungen
  • Definition, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung zentraler KPIs wie Aktivierung, Wiederkehr, Cross-Sell-Rate und Lifetime Value
  • Analyse von Nutzerverhalten und Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmassnahmen
Was wir dafür von dir erwarten
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing, User Acquisition, CRM oder Growth Marketing, idealerweise in einem E-Commerce-, Marktplatz- oder Plattformumfeld
  • Erfahrung mit CRM- oder Marketing-Automation-Tools (Iterable, Lytics, Zoho)
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Customer Journeys, Funnels und Conversion-Optimierung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tracking-, Analytics- und BI-Tools (z. B. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau)
  • Strukturierte, analytische und datengetriebene Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Product, UX, Data und Commercial Teams 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Building and operating referral and recommendation programs
  • Working closely with Product, Sales, SEO and Performance Marketing teams
  • Planning and executing A/B tests and funnel optimizations
  • Defining, monitoring and continuously improving key KPIs such as activation, retention, cross-sell rate and lifetime value
  • Analyzing user behavior and deriving concrete optimization actions
What we expect from you
  • Several years of experience in digital marketing, user acquisition, CRM or growth marketing, ideally gained in an e-commerce, marketplace or digital platform environment
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g. Iterable, Lytics, Zoho)
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels and conversion optimization

  • Structured, analytical and data-driven working style
