Als (Junior) SEO & Content Manager arbeitest du bei uns auf einer der meistgenutzten digitalen Plattformen der Schweiz und gestaltest aktiv mit, welche Inhalte unsere Nutzer sehen. Du setzt Content selbst um, optimierst ihn laufend und siehst direkt, wie deine Arbeit Reichweite, Sichtbarkeit und Nutzung beeinflusst. You ensure that our content answers relevant user questions and is highly visible in search engines and AI-based search systems. In particular, your responsibilities include:
Conducting keyword research and analyzing search intent to build targeted, high-quality content
Creating, editing and updating guides, comparison and decision-making content and publishing it in our CMS (Storyblok)
Optimizing texts, structures, meta data and internal linking directly in the system
Turning ideas, briefs and SEO requirements into concrete content and landing pages
Monitoring the performance of your content and keeping up with relevant developments in SEO and AI-driven search (e.g. LLMs)
Initial hands-on experience or a solid educational background in SEO and content marketing, with a focus on creating optimized content
Experience with Google Search Console and common SEO tools (e.g. Screaming Frog, Sistrix or SEMrush), as well as confident use of Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP)
A basic understanding of how search engines (crawling, indexing, ranking) and modern AI-based search work
A strong sense for search intent and user needs, and the ability to structure and explain complex topics clearly
Enjoyment of working hands-on with content — from structuring and writing to publishing in the CMS
Interest in LLMs, AI search and generative search, and the willingness to integrate these into your daily work
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; French and Italian are a plus
