Was du bei uns bewegen wirst
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung einer innovativen digitalen Plattform im Rahmen eines interdisziplinären Teams

  • Enger Austausch und Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und unserem User Advisory Team zur stetigen Optimierung des Kundenerlebnisses

  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Potenziale

  • Unterstützung bei der datenbasierten Analyse und verständlichen Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte als Entscheidungsgrundlage

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie, falls erforderlich, Weiterleitung an die zuständigen Fachabteilungen

Was wir dafür von dir erwarten
  • Erste Erfahrung im Customer Success, Account Management oder einem ähnlichen Bereich – gerne digital.

  • Technische Affinität und Offenheit, sich in neue digitale Tools und Systeme einzuarbeiten.

  • Interesse an digitalen Plattformen und Freude an der Mitgestaltung innovativer Lösungen.

  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich aufzubereiten.

  • Kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und selbstständig in der Arbeitsweise.

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil.

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in Analyse- oder CRM-Tools sind ein Plus

  • Independently handle customer inquiries and, if necessary, forward them to the appropriate departments

What we expect
  • Initial experience in customer success, account management, or a similar field-ideally digital

  • Technical affinity and openness to learning new digital tools and systems

  • Interest in digital platforms and enthusiasm for helping to shape innovative solutions

  • Analytical thinking and the ability to clearly explain complex topics

  • Strong communication skills, team orientation, and an independent work style

  • Very good German skills, English is an advantage

  • Confident use of MS Office; experience with analytics or CRM tools is a plus
