Was du bei uns bewegen wirst

Als Junior Product Manager entwickelst du unsere Produkte im Bereich Versicherungen und Vorsorge weiter und stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb sicher. Dabei übernimmst du unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:

  • Du betreibst Product Discovery und findest mittels Marktforschung, Datenanalysen und User Research Potentiale im Bereich Usability und Conversion. Deine Hypothesen validierst du mittels AB-Tests und qualitativer Methoden

  • Die Umsetzung von Features und Stories begleitest du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern und dem Entwicklungsteam.

  • Du stellst den operativen Betrieb der Produkte sicher: Du aktualisierst Produktdaten, bereitest Reportings auf und stellst zusammen mit dem Entwicklungsteam die Verfügbarkeit und Qualität der internen Tools und der Vergleichsplattformen sicher

Was wir dafür von dir erwarten

  • Du hast mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und Technik. Kenntnisse im Bereich Versicherungen, Finanzen und Vorsorge sind ein grosses Plus

  • Du hast technisches Verständnis und ein starkes Interesse an digitalen Lösungen

  • Du fühlst dich im Umgang mit Zahlen, Reports und Spreadsheets wohl

  • Du hast einen betriebswirtschaftlichen oder technischen Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Erfahrung

  • Du verfügst über fliessende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Supporting the implementation of features and stories in close collaboration with stakeholders and the development team.

  • Ensuring the operational running of the products: updating product data, preparing reports, and working with the development team to guarantee the availability and quality of internal tools and comparison platforms.

What we expect

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role at the interface between business and technology. Experience in insurance, finance, or pensions is a big plus.

  • Technical understanding and a strong interest in digital solutions.

  • Confidence working with numbers, reports, and spreadsheets.

  • A university degree in business or technology, or equivalent experience.

  • Fluent in German and very good English skills.
